I advice you include protein rich food in your diet and like soyabean, egg, milk and milk products combination of cereals and pulses, sattu with milk, sprouts and take heavy breakfast. Do exercise regularly.
Consume honey water during your class
start your day with 12 water soaked almonds
consume sprouts in between your classes if possible
consume a high protein diet
consume honey water during the day too and as much as possible
