After receiving an oral encounter. I had an itchy penis a few days later. Days after that I had lower abdominal pain and night sweats. Days after that I my abdominal pain subsided and I had groin pain and testicle pain. Later the groin pain subsided but my testicles are very sensitive on the tubes and my ureatha feels very sore. Also my anus is very sensitive and stings. I have had sti tests which all come back negative and urine tests show no bacteria but does have high ph and high wbc. I never had discharge or sores during this time. Symptoms have lasted 6 months.
