Hello sir. This is bilal from pakistan. Was searching internet to find any treatment for anal fistula. Came across your post to use septilin and pilex of himalaya company. Luckily it is available in pakistan. I am using it from last 3 months. I felt much relief from it. Kindly guide how much to continue this medicine to completely cure this fistula. I am suffering from it for 2 years now. The only medicine which I feel relief is this himalaya. Please guide me any topical cream which I can use to completely cure it. I am satisfied about 70 percent. I want to completely cure this disease. Thanks and waiting for your kind reply.

In order to cure the disease, you need to do a surgical correction. You can use the cream until then and is safe to use it.
