Hi I travailing 70km daily by bike so I have to much back problem can you please suggest me what can I do for this? And I also need to gain my weight using home food.

Dinesh 1st important thing , improve your digestive system by digesting your indigested food in the body..so walk regularly for good metabolism... take aayurvedic tablet chitrakadi bati after meal regularly.. take ashwgandha powder with milk daily maximum intake of fruit juices.. take high protein diet.. take sleep after meal... drink warm milk with honey before sleeping.. and for back pain,walk is best way to removal from this..and do some yoga in the morning..
