Vegetarian diets are not rich in protein include egg, fish in your diet. Begin your day with a bowl of overnight soaked soyabean also add protein -x powder to milk and drink in morning. Eat salad before meals. Take 2 banana a day. Also other fruits like oranges, grapes, are good energy and mineral source. Drink 3-4 liters of water. Exercise regularly in early morning. Take small and frequent meals.
