Hi Ruhi All these foods are completely safe for you as well as your baby. First ultrasound is usually done when you go to the doctor. It can be delayed depending on your condition as assessed by your doctor. Previous c-section is now considered an absolute indication for c-section for subsequent deliveries because no obstetrician will take a chance of normal delivery. So c-section is must.

Hi lybrate-user. The food you mentioned are not only safe but actually good for the baby specially almonds and chicken. Usually first ultrasound should be done between 5-8 weeks of pregnancy. Whereas delivery is concerned at its been a gap of 5 years from your last delivery you can opt for normal delivery. Minimum is 3 years is recommended if you want a vaginal delivery. However there are risks involved in a vaginal birth after c section. I would personally not recommend to try for a vaginal birth.
