I feel weakness and tiredness. Also B12 is less and one of the doctor suggested to take the b12 injections throughout life. Want to know your suggestion on this.

Common causes of weakness and lethargy are-- Anemia, Thyroid Problems, Sleep problems, Diabetes,vitamin deficiencies, infections. Common Symptoms of vit b12 deficiency are- anaemia, fatigue, mouth ulcer, numbness, sensation of pins and needles, or tingling feet. If required, get ur b12 level checked. Hope this helps u.
