Hello, I am working in night shifts for more than 5 years in EST timings and I live in India So I am deprived of vitamin D3 as study suggest so and that made me more of irritated person and deprived of happiness at all and that is increasing day by day and I am so much stress every single second that I cannot think of any ting else Adn in day times I only sleep so lot more laziness so notime for socializing also One more thing my hb is 11 only. May be this is the factor. If you can suggest something to me it would before than a boon to me and just mail me so that I can read it at quick and implement that stuff in life.
