My health is not good bcoz. So many fat on my body. So how to loose my fat. Can I join gym. Bcoz I want muscular fit body. And what can I eat in diet.

Perhaps you refer to years tummy as so many fat. Exercise proportionatel is good for all of us. Do it but regularly eat less fate good amount of protein (egg albumin) only. Fresh fruits and all season vegetables thanks for years interest
