I am 30 years old. I have done all checkup kft lft tmt eco citi scan but I am not able to control my bp. whenever I got little bit tensed or little bit happy it increased by 150/100 and specially after having food. Whenever it occurs I always feel thickness in my chest left side and got worried. Pls suggest me wht should I do because I done all.
