Cows milk esp desi if you get, chhachh, butter, ghee made of it is best which will help grow muscles and not fats given your workouts. Some excellent herbs enriched (bhawna with) with antioxidants herbal juices such as of amla are available. Best raw quality ensures best n safest effect but no artificial taste.
