Hello This is raju I am 29 years old I am very thank ful to this site which is giving lot of info to public and thank to doctors on this site for your valuable answers. I wanna ask you about proper diet and it should not cause me overweight becoz I started becoming overweight I usually eat morning tiffen and two times rice so I am becoming fat could you say me proper diet such that I should become normal can I stop eating rice and replaced by any other food items plz, suggest me good answer.

Hi, according to your height your weight is high. Your ideal body weight is 63 to 65. Ok you should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take sprouts, fruits and vegetables. Eat salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night.(thrice a week) take small and frequent meals. Avoid junk and oily food.
