I am 22 years old. I usually eat so much food but it does not give benefit to my body. I want to make my body healthy. What should I do?

Do regular exercise. Take 2 glass water in the morning. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight stop eating junk and processed food. Drink 3-4 liters of water. Sleep for 6-8 hours. Include protein rich food in your diet. Take small and frequent meals. You can consult me privately online on lybrate for any advice.
