Me, a 48 years old, male, 6'1" 79 KGS. My blood test shows uric acid to be 7.25 mg/DL. Since it is a border line case, on the higher side, can you please suggest me diet to reduce the uric acid? Please note that I am doing regular exercise I. E. 26 kms cycling and 26 kms running, each, per week. So, while suggesting diet, my requirements, in view of my activity. Thanks.
