I have bleeding gums. and most of the time I have yellowish teeth so how to remove this ?

Please get your teeth cleaned and your prob will be solved.
The bleeding gums can be treated if you go for cleaning by a dentist and after that take suitable medication for that.
Go for oral prophylaxis and 3_5 days medication.
