I am 27 years old. I am suffering from this from 2 to 3 months. When I get up in the morning and sometimes bend down then it pains a lot and stiffens up and my right leg also gets numb. Doctor suggested me for operation and right now I am on bed rest. Please suggest me as I don't want to go through the operation.
