You should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. You should do abdominal exercise, don't take rice at night and don't take oily food. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take sprouts and fruits. Take salad before meals. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.
