Im 27 years old, my memory has been decreased from the last 2 yrs. I forget things easily. I know I have to do exercise and stuff to relax my mind & that's what i'm doing but how do I increase my memory. Can I take a shankhpushpi syrup or if you can suggest me some syrup?
