I am 20 year old male from Kolkata. This year we are suffering from too much rise in temperature. How to stay fit in such conditions?

Dear lybrate-user, to stay fit during summers you have to avoid direct exposure to sunlight especially during noon hours. Try to work & stay in a cool & airy place. Take lot of water at least 2-3 litres if you are sweating a lot, also take fluids like fruit juices & sherbats. Eat light food, more of fruits & vegetables, avoid spicy &fried food. Do mild exercise early morning & sleep adequately at night.
