You should take proper meal like in morning breakfast take milk banana shake with ice cream n sandwich n in midmorning take fruits juice in lunch take proper meal in evening take ice cream shake in night take proper meal like dal, rice vegetables, salad n chapati, n take 5dates daily n take carbohydrates rich diets like banana, dates, chickoo, n potato.
