I have a desk job and in the last 2 years, my weight has gone up from 75 kgs to 85 kgs. I want to lose my weight. Please help.

Every 2 hr you suppose to move from desk and do stretching to release tension from body (as constant sitting may cause stiffness) for weight gain first and foremost thing is to do regular physical activity and exercise.(jogging, swimming, treking) avoid to take outside junk food. Prefer dinner as early as possible. Avoid oily fried things, sugar etc take plenty of water and fruits. Your diet rich in sprouts, vegetables, salads, fruit juice etc. Avoid to take processed food.
