Losing my weight heavily. Dnt know what is the reason. Again want to gain weight.

Hello. Eat high carbs and calories in diet. Take full cream milk and milk products. Take soya products and also soya milk. Eat nuts daily because it rich in omega 3 and healthy fat. Take protein shakes daily. Protein powder is easily available in market. Take it twice a day. Take avocados, banana, cheese, potato, sweet potato. If you are non veg then eat 2 boiled eggs daily. Meat and fish twice a week. Take homoeopathic tonic:- alfa alfa malt (2 spoons twice a day). Take it one hr after meal. I hope this satisfied you.
