I feel bad health condition on some time and full of abdominal pains and headache regularly I how can I overcome this health condition.

Start daily exercise in morning for 40 minutes, drink water properly, avoid tobacco & smoking if you have habit, lesser amount of tea & coffee avoid spicy & outside food, take proper 7 to 8 hour sleep at night time -no more sleep increase fruits and dry fruits daily. Check your eye by eye specialist & bp by local doctor. Think positive.
