Hi, don't take stress. I advice you, you should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take one glass lukewarm water with half lemon in the morning. Take sprouts and fruits. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night. Take small and frequent meals. Avoid junk food and oily food. Include more fruits and vegetables in your diet. Take 2 cup green tea daily. You can consult me privately online on lybrate for any advice related to obesity.
