Drink a glass of plain milk before going to bed. 2. Avoid caffeinated beverages or drinks in evening, for eg. Tea, coffee etc. 3. Also do light exercises in morning. 4. Do deep breathing 27 times before sleeping. 5. You can listen to calm soothing music while sleeping. 6. Avoid daytime sleep. 7. Keep your cellphone 15 feets away from your body while sleeping. If all these doesn't help revert back.
