Homeopathic medications are consumed with water or without water? Cause someone told me that it is consumed without water and it seems difficult to swallow them without water. Please help!

Hi, the basic homoeopathic medicines are in liquid (dilutions and mother tinctures) which is taken mixed with water whereas the dilution is commonly dispensed in pills (sugar pills) which doesn't require any water as just keep them under the tongue and it will get dissolved! there are biochemic homoeopathic medicines also which are in tablet form which can be taken mixed with little water or else can be kept on the tongue and it will get dissolved with saliva.
