I am 25 years of age. My height is 5'10. My weight is around 87. I need to reduce the weight. From last 2 months I have started exercise. I do cycling and suryanamaskar daily early in morning for around 45 min. Please let me the further necessary actions that to be taken. Is it safe to take any medicines for the same?
