Hi lybrate user, my advise would be to do few things first start exercising for paraspinal muscle stretching and strengthing & maintain good calcium & vit d level & have a active life style. If pain persist even after doing this visit a specialist for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Dear lybrate user avoid prolonged sitting due to this you have this problem sit maximum continue 45 minutes to 1 hr, stretching exercise of spine, use hot pack 15 minutes twice a day use hard bed. Avoid forward bending heavy weight lifting. Jerks sit straight with back support.
