Whenever I feel hungry and do not get the food, I start shivering. Even after having the food my body shivers for quite some time. It takes half an hour to be normal. Why it happens & what precautions I need to take?

Hye. Thank you for your query. It's possible you are keeping very long gaps in between meals or skipping meals. This causes a drop in energy levels leading to this kind of reaction. This then causes you to overeat in the next meal. Try to eat frequent regular meals. Avoid a gap of more than 3 hours in between two meals.
