I am 29 years old, first time pregnancy, no history of abortions. I went for scan at 13 weeks, but ultrasound scan report came out as 12 weeks 3 days. And my cervix length is 3.3 cm. I have been taking fol d and nidagen 100 tablet since the first scan by doctor's advice. She told me to continue tablets. Is there any problem in cervix length. Why am I still in these tablets.

All your parameters are normal and there is no problem in cervical length. Less than 3 cm could have mandated extra precaution. Personally I am not in favour of too much medication but everyone has a different approach based on their experience. You can ask your treating doctor when to stop it. My concern is that the difference of 4 days evident in usg should be minimized with the help of extra protein intake and rest. Be careful about your diet and baby's growth.
