Fear from mobile and typing. This fear warms developed recently and now it has grown so much that sometimes I start beating myself. I develop fesr that I have written something wrong or spoken ill words to someone or someone has clicked my photos etc.

Hye. Try to avoid mobile use unless necessary. Keep a time limit or fix a time when you will check your messages etc, for eg check your messages, calls etc daily at 8pm and not more than 15 minutes or an hour. Engage in other mood boosting activities like some sport. Meet up with friends rather than texting them. Change settings on phone so that you do not keep getting alerts. Notify your friends, inform them that you will be available on line only at a particular time or not to feel offended if you do not reply asap to their texts. Their support will help. Take a cell phone detox. Eg. Put away your cell phone for the weekend. Again inform your family and close friends so as to keep them in the loop or an alternative way to contact in case of an emergency. Face to face talking is always better. This way there can be no misunderstanding and you are away from your addiction as well.
