Try to increase it 5- 10 kgs more. For this you should eat a balance diet. More protein more carbohydrates and more fat. Daily requirement canbe increased 25%.
If you are taking 3 roties take 4. Take 2-3 bowls of dal 2-3 serving of vegetables and rice per meal.
Add a calorie providing fruits like banana mango chiku and also ground nut and other nuts. Take proper amount of water salads lemon. Do exercise to increase your muscles. It will increase your appetite also.
