Hye. Thank you for your query. You can have an egg in summer. In fact egg laying is seasonal with the hens looking for a warm climate to lay eggs. This in fact assures more organic egg availability. But like any food it always depends on when and how you eat a certain food that determines whether it's good or not so good for you. Have an egg as a part of a healthy diet and it won't harm you (unless a medical condition calls for restriction).
