Actually from past 6 months I am sleeping very late in night like 2-3 am and wake up at 10-11 am. I tried to sleep early but as per habit I won't sleep. Please help.

You will have to make an effort to get up early first initially it will be difficult but eventually you will get in to the habit and if you get up early at a fixed time then you will also be able to sleep on time also h keep your daily routine busy and intersting with lots of activities and exercises so that by the end of the day you get tired and sleep.

Tip- I will suggest you to take a shower with warm water or just wash your face, forearms, legs with soap and water at bedtime for a peaceful sleep.
