I am 28. The gas formation has been regular, as I can't digest rich and spicy foods properly. Recently whenever I eat outside food, it triggers an ammonia smell in my poop along with loose motion (normal), and my urine smells the same if I don't drink water for more than 1-2 hours (urine after waking up in the morning, the most). If I consume water regularly throughout the day, no problem occurs. Please guide me as to what to do next.
