I'm loosing weight day by day. I used to have weight around 49kgs but within 1 year I lost 10 kgs. I take proper food properly. Please help me.

Start walking so that your body remain healthy have 12 water soaked almonds early morning daily have as much water as you can have 200 gms of fruits daily or pomegranate juice with pineapple have three main meal and 2 side meal have sprouts daily.
