Today morning I saw my chapel was bitten by a street dog it may have occurred at night as I left my chapel outside my house today morning I was in a hurry so I wore that chapal which was bitten by dog, I have a small cut on my leg which was 1-2 days old which is near to my nail and, my dad said he had washed the chapal only by water is there any chance I get rabies. Should I take vaccine?

The chances of rabies from exposure to the chappel bitten by a street dog hours before and washed with water ---(and exposure thr" the cut in leg which is small and 2 days old) are very very remote --as --mainly the virus will not stay alive in atmosphere for much time.
