I have been suggested to take ciplar la 20 mg tablets for my headache. Will it reduce my blood pressure? I have normal bp and I am 26 years old. I don't have asthma as of now, but there were some instances when it happened in the past. Is it safe for me to take this tablet? I am concerned about my bp and asthma.

Ciplar lowers blood pressure by its effect on heart. If you have normal pulse rate that is around 70-90, then it's fine if you have pulse below 60, you should avoid ciplar.
