You need to practice meditation twice daily with yoga and pranayam every day. Follow regular routines of getting all dietary measures and daily behaviours as well as morning walk every day. Use light diets and soups of carrots and beetroots with moong daal and green vegetables. Warm milk boiled with ginger and haldi including ghee and nuts every day before going to bed. Drink 3 to 4litres water every day.
