Hi you start with taking healthy carbs like sweet potato, sweet corn, boiled grams, brown rice and fruits like bananas, mango, watermelon, grapes. Also include proteins in your diet like eggs with yolk is you eat non veg, otherwise sprouts, broccoli, soya etc can be taken. Use coconut oil for cooking and also drink coconut water daily.
