I have the problem of ed and pe .my ejaculation time is less than 1 min. I have done consultation with ayurvedic and homeopathy sexologists. I took homeopathy and ayurvedic medicine for 5 months if did not any results. Then I consulted with urologist he prescribed me to take tedalfil 10 mg and 30 mg dapoxetine. Initially taking tadalafil pills I got good erection but timing didn't improve much. But now taking tadalafil also does not effect much. Please suggest me what do.
