Hello there I am a 12th std student and I'm having trouble falling asleep. As you know this is a very important year for me and I have to wake up everyday in the morning for tuitions. Even if I sleep early I can't sleep please help.

Hello lybrate-user! please take bath 1hr before sleep. Have a glass of warm milk before going to bed. Do not drink coffee or tea at nignt. Also switch off your gadgets 1hr before getting into bed. Exercise in the morning.

Hi lybrate user, first make your time table for everything and follow that time table strictly for 45 days. After 45 days you will not feel insomnia or anything. Our biological clock will adjust accordingly. Remember to be on bed everyday at the same time. Do some warm up daily in the morning. This will programmed your body to wake up early. Switch off your mobile while sleeping. Lie on bed and try to relax and focus on your breathing. Any routine if followed till 45 days will become a habit.
