Start doing kappal bhati pranayam in morning empty stomach beside that start doing surya namaskar every day, eat triphala chooran (natural medicine) - 5 gram with luke warm water empty stomach in morning after doing surya namaskar, start aff (alternative fruit fasting) it means every alternative days you have to eat fruits, drink juices and water in the entire day, the other alt. Day eat your normal diet. Avoid if possible not to eat anything after sunset. You are young start physical exercises and play sports like football, badminton etc. If you cannot involve in games than atleast walk for 30 min in morning and 30 minutes in evening. You are young after your walk is completed you can also do sit ups.
