Hello, I am suffering from painful anal fissure from past 6-7 years. I also did notice a small outgrown in the anal region which is painful after motion. Also have this unexplained constipation problem everyday. I am getting tired of it. Took advice of a gastroenterologist twice and even underwent sigmoidoscopy. every time I visit a gastroenterologist, all he prescribes is a laxative and topical solution. I don't know how all these laxatives are affecting my health but I am sure it's worse. Now I am getting habitual of laxatives. Should I go for a fissure operation. And what can I do about this constipation. I can't sit for long periods either. After some time my lower back and legs start burning. And I feel very uncomfortable. Not sure if this is also due to fissure. Also take a hot sits bath everyday.
