I am in a college and have no other option for meals except the mess food. Mess food is very unhealthy. It consist of daily intake of rice potatoes and many more that is making me fatty day by day and fat is mostly on my stomach area. Please guide me how I can manage by living in hostel to control my weight as well as fat content.

Hello lybrate-user, try to keep your breakfast oats, wheatflakes, 1/2 toast etc that is ready to make, you can arrange in your room. Eat lunch in your mess. Eat one or two chappati at dinner time. Start doing morning and evening walk if possible.
