I am having a problem of calcium although I used to take calcium rich products but still its is not sufficient to fulfill such problem can you suggest me something .

Hi, when you say problem of calcium, you actually mean reduced bone health. Most often loss of bone density is due to deficiency of nutrients, not only calcium and wrong eating habits. So, you need to maintain a healthy overall diet plan. For calcium absorption you also need other nutrients as well. It is important to know that just eating two heavy meals a day will not fulfill your nutrient needs. Most often we skip meals especially when at work or in college. We start our day on empty stomach but our work or stress or activity is never reduced. This causes weakness and lack of energy levels and definitely deficiency of major nutrients. Food is our source of energy and if you don't eat well as per your needs you are going to get deficient in many nutrients. So, start by eating the right foods at the right time. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Include cereals like ragi, seeds like sesame, coconut and pulses like rajma, chana, sprouts in your diet. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Avoid excessive tea, coffee, and avoid aerated drinks. Sleep well. Exercise at least thrice a week. This is essential for bone health.
