I have desk job and in last 4 month I gained 10kgs. Pls help. Also there is one more problem, my feet (??????) are paining from last one month after I get up from bed and remains whole day. Pls help.

Go on a proper dieting program the pain which you are experiencing is due to inactivity and weight gain. Start with mild to moderate intensity exercises and diet.
