My uncle is having edema on left leg and the swelling is from his foot to calves. It has been nearly a week and is unable to reduce his swelling. He is admitted in hospital, since then 50% swelling has been reduced but the tightness and the redness is there. What medications and diet should be followed to get rid of edema?
