Yes, green tea is better, you can take green tea in the evening. And take lukewarm water with lemon. You should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take salad before meals. Take sprouts and fruits. Drink more water. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals. Low fat or no fat diet should be given as calories are reduced.
