I am gaining weight day after day. Even I play games regularly and even exercise regularly. Please suggest me how to loose my weight.

Try modifying your diet. Cut down on refined cereals, sugars and junk food. Have more whole cereals, whole pulses, low fat dairy, whole fruits etc. Include plenty of vegetables in the diet. Also, drink at least 2 liter water per day. Hope this will help!
